About Us

BE GOOD DO GOOD

C-5 Properties owns, invests in, and manages multifamily, commercial, and rental properties throughout Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Our purpose is simple: provide quality housing while creating opportunities for upward mobility. We intentionally work with individuals and families who may face barriers to traditional housing, believing that safe, stable housing is often the first step toward lasting change.

We're not just investing in properties, we're investing in people.

Business

Real estate is something everyone needs. To live in, to work in, to play in.

Commercial Properties

We own, invest in, and manage commercial properties in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Collaboration

You can help people, run a business, and give glory to God.

Ministry

We have helped over 50 families grow out of homelessness and drug or alcohol addiction. We help people and families deal with the challenges of real estate.

OUR FOUNDATION

Christ at the Center of It All

As Christians, we strive to serve God by serving others; that's the heart behind everything we do. Every home is just an opportunity to live that purpose out.

"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me."

Matthew 25:35
